Managed Services Agreement
A Managed Services Agreement (MSA) provides for an agreed minimum level of regular on-site and remote maintenance for your IT Infrastructure, as well as guaranteed response times when you need it most. An MSA allows for greater peace of mind for the client, streamlines IT Service Management, and allows both parties to identify ways to enhance the quality of maintenance for the client's business goals.
Pay As You Go Support
For clients who wish to pay for service on an as-needed basis, rather than sign a maintenance agreement, we offer competitive hourly rates, and we can work on your issues either onsite, or remotely (a more cost effective option), from our office. This is selected by clients who don't require a managed services agreement, but still need a trusted provider to take care of any IT issues which arise.
